Dr. Nicole Priest is an exceptional Family Physician dedicated to Lifestyle Medicine and Integrative Medicine, empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness. With a profound passion for teaching, she educates communities and corporations on the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, enabling participants to enhance their lives through weight loss, improved athletic performance, and the management or reversal of chronic diseases, alongside bolstering mental well-being.

Nicole obtained her medical degree from the University of Utah before completing her Family Medicine Residency at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. She furthered her expertise with an Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona and holds triple board certifications in Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. Recently certified as a Lifestyle Coach, she continues to expand her patient care capabilities.

Personally impacted by Celiac Disease diagnosis in her late 30s, Nicole experienced firsthand the transformative power of food as medicine. Motivated by her own health journey, she focuses on whole food, plant-based nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine to guide others towards wellness.

Outside of medicine, Nicole thrives on outdoor activities, maintains a plant-forward diet, and competes in endurance events such as Ironman Triathlons and Ultra Running. She finds joy in nature, the ocean, and cherishes time spent with her family and friends.
